Best service I've had in awhile thanks very much to the avis team
I rented a vehicle for 3 days it was due back by 2pm. I called and spoke with Scott "the owner" about if i could return it later that evening and would there be any issues or extra charges.. he said no and I'll make a note of it. Two days later i see an extra charge on my card. I called back and spoke with Scott and he deny telling me it was ok. His attitude was nasty and when i told him that I was gonna call the Corporate office he lagh and said go ahead. Left a bad impression not only of Avis in Minot ND but Avis over all.
They never answer their phone. Terrible Service!
In 15 years of car rentals, i have never seen such horrible customer service. Vehicle took 50 minutes to get ready, and the amazingly unprofessional Avis rep dressed in some rapper embossed T shirt, shorts and a backpack suggested I just get a rental car from someone else if I don't want to wait. Didn't even attempt to apologize for the delay. In my career I have used Avis well over a hundred times, I cannot suggest enough that you rent from any of the other providers at the airport though. At least until they replace their employees with competent ones.
Stuck with a real lemon. 30000 miles on it. Wheels not balanced. Drove like a tank.
