Best car/truck wash, friendly staff, line moves quickly. The best part is that actual people make sure every part of the vehicle gets cleaned.
Damages your vehicle then tells you that's not from our machine. It must have been previously there and covered up. All I can say is there was no damage to the paint job and now there is damage all the way up and down the vehicle. By the way the vehicle was still dirty at the end. I well give them that before the car wash they were super friendly.
If I could give this a minus 500 I would. We entered the car wash in my expedition with the running boards out. They sprayed our vehicle and when we went to move forward we got hung up, it wouldn't load. So the guy told me to put it in drive and go forward, which I did. Immediately he yelled to stop and back up. It tore our driver side power running board off. We went through the car wash and at the end they loaded my extremely muddy running board into the back of our vehicle. We exchanged information. We called numerous times and spoke to a few managers. One which said it was their fault for telling us to drive forward. But in the end they would not cover it our insurancehad to. We were responsible to pay the deductible as they said anything powered isn't their responsibility.
The boys working do a very good job. Especially for those who treat em right! I try to set em up good on tips and I believe they deserve it
Very disappointed, I went here because the reviews were positive, I even took the advise to tip. Got home and looked the car over, wow very poor! The rims were hardly touched, the back window up by the spoiler was still caked in dirt, the door jambs including the tailgate, under the rocker panels and wheel wells were still laden with silt. I paid for the $16 wash including the underside. And the final poor touch was the hand drying which left the windows wet and streaked. Wont be going there again nor will my kids.
