The website guaranteed delivery on Sunday, 5/14, mother's day. The delivery did not arrive. Upon calling the shop on Monday, 5/15, I was told that there was a mistake on the site and they didn't do deliveries on 5/15. I said I wanted to cancel the delivery and receive a refund and was told I would receive a call back. No one called back and I've just received an email that the delivery was successfully made. Will be calling again to get my money back.
