You should teach your employees that they still represent the company when they drive the van around town and put people's lives in danger. One of your employees was recklessly driving close to my car while I had my whole family in it (I'm pregnant, husband, sister, and my toddler). Furthermore, he continued to drive that way on the highway heading north going well past the speed limit and driving incredibly close to other cars. If that's how he treats people on the road I can't imagine how he treats people in their homes. Won't be hiring these services from your company.

Ralph’s will be my go to plumbing company from here on out. Our hot water heater blew a relief valve the other night so I called Ralph’s. The lady I talked to on the phone was a peach and had Keith over to the house about 30 minutes after I called. He was very professional, did great work, and had us up and running in no time.
