Complete Nutrition in Minot is the go to place for nutrition!! I went in with an idea of what I wanted (protein shakes) and Shauntae was so helpful. She directed in me in right direction of what I needed, not what I thought I needed. And after using the products she recommended, I feel great and energy has returned! She let me try samples of any flavors I wanted to try, and I tried a lot! If you want customer service at its finest, someone who really cares about your personal nutritional goals, and try the products before you buy them, COMPLETE NUTRITION is a MUST! Stopped in for pre-workout yesterday and the gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable on the products and very friendly. A little bit pricey but to be expected.

Starting a fitness journey can be nerve wrecking, intimidating, and scary. I went into Complete Nutrition without knowing what to expect and walked out confident and ready to tackle my goals. Tyler was fantastic. He really took his time figuring out my goals, needs, and finding the right products for me. I was so impressed that I referred two people and came back that evening and now they are all on board with team complete nutrition.
