Recently, I had a unique problem obtaining insurance for a vehicle that was not ours. The owners insurance company refused to reinstate the policy. Kellie was able to write a policy. When I ask why she could write it and the other company would not, her reply was "we take care of our own".
My wife and I have been with Kellie since she purchased the agency, circa 2004. It is always a pleasant experience doing business in the agency. On the rare ocassion they do not know the answer to a situation, they will contact the home office and get the answer immediatly.

Kellie has been so much more than an insurance agent. She has been a genuine friend to our family.....again and again, when we needed her most. She and her staff have provided kind, compassionate, thoughtful attention to detail even after we moved out of state. Which included finding a local agent who will provide the same level of care and service.
We've heard it a million times, "you know who your friends are when things are at their worst." It's really true with Kellie. No one wants to have to depend on their insurance agent, but sometimes you have to. First, the flood. Then the loss of my husband.

I recently switched from Farmers to State Farm and have had nothing but good luck with the staff there. Anytime I have questions they are willing and ready to answer.
