Staff was rude
The staff is so rude and unprofessional-- even on the phone when you call to ask a simple question. They are extremely curt and act annoyed at having to do their job. You could ask the same question to 3 different people and get 3 different answers. I wish we would have purchased my engagement ring elsewhere.
Staff is rude and the store doesn't keep records of warranty information either. If you want good customer service, your better off spending your money at another store.

I had the worst experience with the staff. My husband ordered me a ring for Christmas, I wore it a couple weeks and lose diamonds out of it. I took it to the minot store for repair. They sent it to factory and it came back with scratches on the band and different color diamonds in it. It looked horrible. The lady was rude when I told her I didn't want it. She ordered me the same ring from different store, wore that one for a little while and lost diamonds again! So I went back to Minot and she said well maybe just pick a different one, so I did. Then she charged me $100 something for warranty that I didn't want. At this point I was over it all. It is now July and I am on the 3 Rd time being there. I took off the new( different) ring that same night and the band was bent and missing a side diamond. I went back again 4th time now. And they told me i would have to pick something else or take credit. No I want my money back!! She told me it was over 60days and they can't give money back. What 60 days? The 3rd ring hadn't even been 24 hrs. She was the worst. She was rude every time I went there. Finally sent a check to us in the amount of first ring. I will never deal with that lady again. Horrible customer service!
