Great company with plenty of friendly workers
If you are one "emergency" away from blowing scheduled appointments, maybe you need to reevaluate your work model.
Really happy with their service and a great company to do business with.
Set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance. CleanTech called three times to verify the appointment. Each call was received and confirmed.
Been lied to, stolen from, and blown off by this company. Last thing my family needed after losing our home. Awful costumer service on the dispatch end too. Wouldn't recommend to anyone I cared about.
45 minutes AFTER my appointment time, I contacted CleanTech, and was told an emergency had arisen, they could no longer honor their obligation.
Not recommended.
Also, time for a little quality control on your dispatcher. This review could have been avoided with just a small bit of humility on her part.
