Took me less then 2 minutes to get my registration + tags from the DMV in Minot. Will be going there in the future instead of ordering online because it was just so fast! Have your drivers licenses and credit card or cash at the ready and you will be out of there in no time! I went there on 1/28/17
Very disappointed! What a complete disaster, not only where the employees extremely rude and unempathetic but my issue was never resolved. I requested a duplicate license in plenty of time in advance, way before my license was going to expire. I currently live out of state. I was told by two separate representatives that it was would be sent in the mail and I paid the fee, when it didn't arrive I became very concerned. I called several times, finally I found out that it had never been sent! The woman was rude, unapologetic, and literally pretend as though she had personally told me on the phone it was not coming. Obviously she had me confused with a different customer which is extremely unprofessional. What a nightmare, I was not notified of this and they took so long that now I will have to renew my license. I was trying to avoid this and now I can't drive. Or obtain a license in the current state I am living in. Ridiculous, please please train the employees so that they are all following policy!
Wow Thanks! I completely missed my road test because it said online that they open at 8:30 a.m but they actually open at 8 a.m !
They are absolutely the worst at customer skills. Super mean, super rude, not helpful and punish you for being human.
Terrible customer service. The guy was rude. Visited today with my daughter. I'm not an expert so I didn't have correct documents but no need to have an attitude. Don't like your job, quit. Disappointing.
