The guy is super nice but I had to call someone else when my laundry washer and toilet backed up into my bathtub for a 3rd time this year. Granted, the second time was due to my awesome kids flushing toys. The first time was for roots. He came in, did the bare minimum with antiquated equipment, and he shut the door so I couldn't see what he was doing both times. I called Roto Rooter in Minot instead today and I saw the stark contrast with Drain Dr. So many things that were wrong that could have been fixed with Drain Doctor the TWO times he's been here! Oh and I was charged 500 bucks for this guy and Roto did the job and ran a camera through because he actually cared about preventative maintenance and giving the homeowner an honest investigation, and he was 200$ cheaper than drain doctor! Save yourself the trouble and get a second opinion as I now recommend Roto Rooter in Minot without reservation!

Awesome fast and affordable service! We had a main drain clog and a flooded basement in the middle of a birthday party. We called everywhere and no one wanted to help us after hours. Drain Doctor not only came out and fix the problem he help us out and showed us how to prevent this from happening again! I recommend them 100%!
Other plumbers never answered or called back. Our sink has had standing water for a month, and we were forced to do dishes in the shower. The Drain Doctor came the day we called, and had it working as good as new within 20 minutes. Timely, great service, and a reasonable price; what more could anyone want? For any plumbing issues in the future, I will be calling the Drain Doctor.
