These are really nice 2 bed 2 bath apartments. They are close to everything on North hill, from marketplace, to the dog park. Very nice view and neighborhood. They have washers and dryers in unit, and large spacious rooms. They are well insulated and you rarely hear your neighbors. The only thing that sucks about them is there is nothing around to block the wind, and the stairs and halls are all outdoors, so you are exposed to the weather as soon as you leave your apartment until you can make it to your car. Which is rather unpleasant in the winter. Also, planes often fly low overhead on their way to the airport which can be loud and take so getting used to.
But as far as Apartments one Minot go, these are really nice and we've lived here for almost 3 years with few complaints.
