Although you often get the answering machine, I've had nothing but quality experiences with them. In one case, they went above and beyond to get me on a flight when weather was trying to keep me hostage in Minot. *Shudder*

There are two people that work there, and they were very rude to me. They talked to me in a condescending way, bad enough to make me want to come here and warn others about it. Not worth my time.
