Less than 3 months her coat ripped and I went into the store and spoke to the manager at the time I had no idea she was the manager and I would have never known due to Her unprofessional behavior I don’t have the receipt so she didn’t even wanna bother with me her snobby attitude towards me was ridiculous I was polite up to The point she acted like she was above me and didn’t even wanna do an exchange nothing it was a no no no rude well I found out the store can do an exchange because I called customer service the higher up execs told customer service I can go

Will do an exchange clearly management had something against me every other company insures within a certain time frame if stuff rips tears they grow out so on they will do an exchange Scheels & target r just a couple to refer to my daughter really loves this
