If I could give NO STARS, I would! If you want your furniture delivered in the delivery window they give you, shop elsewhere. I was given a 1-3 window and they called to tell me they were on their way after that time frame. That wasn't even the biggest problem though. From the beginning I should have canceled my order! I was very clear I needed furniture by a certain date, and that I'd rather order online and get it here on time if it was a problem. I was assured multiple times I would have my couches in 5-10 days, which was fine for what I needed them for. I spoke to many representatives beginning the first week after the order. The first one was honest, the second one wasn't, the third was argumentative, and by the fourth week I just wanted to cancel!
I am pleased with the service and customer care I receive when I shop at I Keating. Julie Munday is my go-to gal. She shows me choices for what I want or need. The quality of the furniture is high end and I have never had a bad experience yet. Highly recommend!!
Now, If you like to pay for furniture a month before you get it even though they told you it would be 5 to 10 days ...then this is the place for you! If you want to be lied to over and over by the staff that answers the phone, then head on over to ikeating and waste your time and money. Its sad that customer service means nothing to these people, they could really use a lot of coaching from sales, to reps, to delivery drivers. Really, it seems they can all use some coaching in customer service. Such a shame! It wouldn't even be so bad if they had just been honest from the beginning.
When we bought our first piece of furniture brad was our sales guy. Well brad is now our permanent sales man! Brad made the experience so wonderful and he was so informative about everything we wanted to buy! We just went and bought our second piece of furniture and saw brad again! Again wonderful experience! Brad has made us love Ashley and everything we buy from there is spectacular. We will come to Ashley and brad for all of our furniture needs! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! And remember.. ask for brad! ❤️❤️❤️
Sales staff was awesome. The older lady at the check out desk was awesome but there was a young lady in the desk opposite of her that made the experience horrible. She argued with my wife about the payments she had made and basically called her a liar and then went out of her way to stick her nose in our transaction like we were liars. I have spent over $30000 dollars in there furnishing our new home in the the last couple years and might not ever return after that experience.
Went in with a couple of close buddies, was followed around the store the whole time. Smiled at the other employees and greeted them with a hello, however was treated like I either was going to 'steal' or 'didn't have enough $ to purchase." Would of easily bought a new chair that I was looking for however being treated like that, never. (19 years old)
