Best haircut I've ever had by far. When you go there your first time, you get a free MVP, which is a free hot towel/neck massage, and the normal haircut.
Called ahead for appointment and was told the best thing is to check in online. I did that and showed 10 minutes before my online check in time. After waiting till 20 minutes after my online appointment was supposed to start I left.
If they were to change their appointment scheduling process I’d give it a 5. Love the MVP treatment and I’m always greeted with a warm welcome!
Employee wasn't even willing to work with me to get my haircut right. They all seem to just rush everyone through and get that tip. If they put forth the same effort as they do shampooing damn hair maybe they'd be better at cutting hair. Dont expect anything great, Go here if you're fine with basic.
