I used to work at this store and was very disappointed in the lack of service I received. Stood by the appliance department desk for 10 minutes before I could finally flag someone down for help. Store worker acted as if I was interrupting his work. Then waited for service at the pick up door, even though there were 3 store employees standing there. Finally waited another 15 minutes to receive the dryer I had purchased nearly an hour before. The costermer service has become a joke.

Very poor. Ordered a fridge and ice maker. Ice maker came in first. Took almost a month and a half for the fridge. Finally go to pick up and they cannot find the ice maker. I should have known though typical special order run around.
