If I could give a negative star I totally would this place is outrageously rude and very unprofessional. I would write my whole story and experience on here but it would take too much time all I can say is that they brought me back to a room and said okay strip down we want you to put this over yourself and we want you to sign this yellow piece of paper . I'm like whoa like what's going on ? The nurses "oh this gives the doctor permission to make an incision" ,and I'm like whoa I haven't even met the doctor yet nor has she or he told me what I have and why I have it and what the options are! (No they just expected me to not care who the doctor was and for me to just sign this yellow piece of paper so that this person that you don't know , can come in and make an incision on your body !!?? How unprofessional and disgusting Sue Collins you are the Worst Doctor Ever and her nurse to very rude I'm very unsatisfied all you guys care about is a paycheck you don't care about the patient !!! If you're going to be in that field of work you need to have people skills and care about your job and love your job not just care about a paycheck cuz that's what you showed me with my experience as having you as a pathetic doctor . Sue Collins never see her and I wish I could remember her nurses name

Best patient care I have recieved in a long time. Even though with my chronic condition they rwally couldnt do much. They cared about me and showed that. Which in my opinion was way better then anything else. Also they got me in within 5 mins and blood work up and dr care within 15. By the way I was seen at SE Sanford walk in Dr Kosiak.

I had a cough that kept me up at night, for about a week, so I went to Sanford Health NW to have my throat checked out. I met with Dr. Megan Ward, who was too quick to tell me that it might just be allergies, which by the way I don't have any allergies. She didn't even take any tests, but instead told me that I should try allergy meds, and sent me on my way. I didn't get any better, in fact my cough got worse. Four days later I saw a doctor at Trinity Health and he said that it was BRONCHITIS....not allergies. I was given antibiotics and was better the next day. Sanford doesn't take the time to evaluate your symptoms, but instead wants you in and out as fast as possible.

Very good! Going again today- I hate going to the clinic or taking my kids in, unless it is necessary! This will be our 3rd time. Love the staff :)

I am from out of state here visiting my friends through the military and I ended up with everyone's worst nightmare while on vacation Strep throat. So I go to the Stanford northwest clinic because it was the closet facility I could find. After getting testing done I am diagnosed with strep and sent home with antibiotics.( I will say the wait was short and staff were friendly.) I am in a lot of pain when I go in and can't eat, sleep, just miserable. The NP Wendy tells me just rotate Tylenol and ibropen all while I am telling her this is what I have been doing along with salt rumeric gargles, immune support vitamins, numbing losanges, pretty much any thing and everything. After I get my prescription and make it home I do the normal routine of ibuprofen and Tylenol well still agonizing pain. I call and leave a message for the nurse and ask if there is anything stronger I can get for the pain. They finally call me back hours later and say " she won't prescribe any thing because of the risk of addiction!?" I was so mad I guess at the fact that here I am someone who has the throat of a monster, fevering, barley can talk without crying and they are worried about me getting addicted to taking a pain med for 1-3 days top! I just feel that I was treated by them using a general population and put me into a category because I had the balls to call and ask for something stronger. So here I am 4 in the morning can't sleep miserable writing this review because they wouldn't help my pain. Not impressed I think they need to look at each situation with an open mind before judging. Disappointed. By the way I am a healthy 25 year old female with no daily medications no drinking or smoking and I get made to feel like a drug seeker what a shame
