I tried 3 times to get through to place an order. 1st time I hung up at 6 minutes. 2nd I was hung up on and finally I got through after 12 minutes on hold.
It is carryout only, it has friendly staff and is clean. It has some waiting seating and I got my pizza relatively quickly. Do recommend this Pizza Hut until you would like a dine-in experience.
This store needs to clean house. management is worthless and lazy and the drivers completely lie to their supervisors. I filed a complaint with corporate office and I will be making contact with the general manager as well. This location is completely ridiculous.
The first time I ordered there they had just opened and I was pretty mad about the quality of my order, but never said anything. Decided to give it a try again last night because it's been a few months and I'm really glad I made that choice. We ordered two pizzas and one of them came out with just the wrong crust. (It was super busy in there) The lady I had was named Ginger and she noticed the mistake before I even paid so upon ringing me up she gave me the pizzas and then made a new one the right way for free. I know this isn't an abnormal gesture in customer service but the way she treated me was and that's why I wanted to give her some recognition. I'm due to have my baby very soon so everyday tasks like running errands and cleaning are difficult and this has been a complicated pregnancy so every day has been a little rough, finally veering towards the end. In the middle of all that she just simply made my day and I want her to know that it was recognized and appreciated. You never know what someone else is going through and what simple things you can do to change another's day around.
Horrible service..I guess as a customer if.you don't.like what you get then you have to bring pizza in for a full refund or no refund at all. employee is disrespectful and has no care for customer service. Horrible place. Third time I've had terrible service..I DO NOT recommend!!
