The wait staff was very courteous and made sure we had our drinks and salad and breadsticks soon after our orders.
Meals were excellent.
Microwaved chicken and gnochi heated to lukewarm tempurature. My favorite. The entree came out within minutes of ordering but was apready room temp. I smell a microwave . Neither dish was hot enough to even melt the cheese sprinkled on top. My machiato was fresh at least. Definetley not the standard of food I am accustomed to at at dinner time at this resturaunt. Will not be coming in for lunch again anytime soon. Low marks for everything but the waiter and the coffee.
Very displeased with the customer service given in this establishment. I made reservations for dinner and still had wait an absurd amount of time to be seated after our reservation time had passed. Very little was done to accommodate for our party.
Good value for the portion sizes of the food offered. My issue would be the staff. On multiple occasions, the staff has not been engaging to the customers at the front desk. They seem disinterested and could possibly use a refresher course in customer service with their cellphones out or huddled together to the left of the register. It seems like a social event for employees or maybe they're bored. Then on the other hand, to the right of the register around the corner and back into the service kitchen, there is nothing but hustle and bustle going on with staff getting orders out to patrons. I can't attribute the behavior to anything, maybe managerial oversight could be applied more effectively by balancing the correct amount of folks needed in certain areas. They get it done...they just don't seem interested in your business in the process.
Great service. John was great. Vanessa has always been our favorite. Stuffed chicken marsala was great and eggplant parmesan
