The cashier was so helpful and never seemed irritated with me. I don't like Mexican food and was ordering for someone else. She should have been irritated! Really impressive service. And the prices were GREAT!
Went to the drive through, waited ten minutes at the drive through order menu. Drove forward to the window because no one would answer me. Waited for a few minutes. Somone finally came to the window and told me I had to get back in line because they cant take orders at the window and they are doing a shift change. Went to the back of the line. Waited. Waited. Waited. Two cars go then it's my turn. The lady greets me and I begin to give her my order, she asks me to wait. Five minutes go by and she greets me again I finally place my order and things go normally. About 7 mins from the time I placed my order until I got it. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! This taco bell has always been awful but after the remodel I thought I would give it another chance. NEVER AGAIN! I love some taco bell but I'll never go to this one again! I understand a shift change but don't leave your customers wondering what the he'll is going on at the order box outside. Just awful!
Service can be good at times and bad at times and the same can go for the food. I guess it really just comes down to who is on shift at the time you go.
Takes forever before you can even place your order. The screen doesn't work. Then you sit in line another forever to get your food! Better check the bag before you drive away to make sure you have everything!
It was good. Good food, service took a little bit longer than expected. Hopefully it was because the food was fresh. They call you by your name. I guess it gives it a more intimate service or they just prefer it that way. The staff was kind.
