When we came back to pick him up, our dog stunk to high heaven of urine and feces. His blanket was saturated with urine and was in the crate with our dog. Please...if this is the only place you can find for pet sitting...stay home!!!! It is too traumatic for the dog...and the owners. This rating is worse than poor. It is DISGUSTING.
YOU Best Pets of Minot have no idea what you are talking about!!! This IS BAXTERS MOM!!! And NO he did NOT have an ulcer!!!!! The Vet saw a scratch and wound!!! FACT IS...you did NOT take care of our animals!!! All were soaked in urine, feces and Baxter was bloody...in pain and dying!!! You SHOULD be shut down!!! Your disgusting care of animals is a disgrace to ND!!! I have reported you to the BBB, Sheriffs department and have hundreds now of signatures on our petition!!! SHAME on you!!! Do a favor to all the pets and their owners!! Quit taking in animals!!! Also! Our Vet...who I voluntarily gave to you so you could verify said it most likely happened 2-3 days prior to us picking Bax up!!! Who cares what happened? YOU DID NOT DO YOUR JOB!!! And how can you say these people did NOT use your services? Many people have come forward with similar stories!!! Baxter was the lucky one in these disgusting stories of neglect, torture and animal cruelty!!! And what about his LEG? Was this too an ulcer??? SHUT DOWN!!! You don't deserve to be in business!!!
We brought our small dog to this place a few years ago. He was there for 2 nights. We brought his crate, his blanket, his food...

If you have no choice but here, I strongly recommend you take names and make sure you talk to the SAME person. In conclusion, sour people who may be Okay with animals but have no people skills, service was one of the worst I've experienced.
I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say that maybe they were having a bad day....but....WOW....bad bad service.
This place looks Okay from the outside, the animals have plenty of room and they provide food and litter....sounds nice right?! NOT NOT NOT NOT! The service was HORRIBLE! The person I talked to on the phone told me one thing, when I got there I was given another story! The person I spoke to was cold and unfriendly, it was my first time leaving my pet anywhere but at my mom's house. I wanted to feel secure and welcomed, instead I had a feeling of dread the whole time.
We brought two of our three dogs in for their summer grooming. We were looking for elsewhere to take them but wanted to get them done on short notice - Best Pet had a time available that week. When we dropped them off we noticed that the place was OK for grooming (I'd NEVER leave a pet there for boarding), but in need of a serious update. They did a great job with the grooming and the staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, less than a week later our two dogs that we brought in developed a horrible cough (our third dog that we didn't bring in was fine) and needed to go to the vet. Our dogs were there for less than 6 hours and both got very sick - it would have been worth waiting for a cleaner place to take care of our pets. This place has a bad rating for a reason. If they cleaned things up and updated their business we would have no problem bringing my animals there again. Until then, we'll go elsewhere.
