The lady at the front desk is super nice great Customer service
She couldn't find our make & model in her data base, and told me that meant that their trailers wouldn't fit our truck. That in itself is fine, I'm not upset they can't accommodate our truck. I asked her "What are the measurements of your trailers?" Her response was "We only have one size trailer" I asked "Ok, and what size is that trailer" Again, an annoyed heavy sigh and an aggressive response "UHauls are bigger!" I asked "OK, can you tell me the measurement of Budgets trailers?" to which she again heavily sighed and finally responded "I don't know!"
I let her know that I don't need one today, that I am just calling for a quote. She said, "Well you can't just rent a trailer from us, you have to rent a truck too!" I let her know that we needed to rent both a truck and a trailer, so that worked perfectly - to which she sighed heavily and said fine she would look up a quote.
I stated that I was calling to ask for a quote for towing and her response was "We don't have any right now."
To clarify, I have no issue at all with them not having the trailer that could accommodate our truck. Penske, also didn't have the correct size, but they were so nice, pleasant and professional with the conversation.
At Budget on the other hand, the customer service was horrible. Every question I asked her seemed to bother her and she reacted as if I was taking life itself from her. Even if she did have the correct trailer size, I probably would have went elsewhere because I wouldn't give my money to someone who treats me like that.
The lady I spoke with on the phone had a horrible attitude and seemed like I was bothering her when I called to ask for a quote.
