I had a really good experience with the Minot Place Apartments behind Krolls Diner. The property manager there is very nice and helpful. He seemed to genuinely care about his job and his tenants. I like that the apartments are pet friendly as well because it hard to find ones in town that are.
The company is very useful and helpful in finding you next residency. They have a very wide selection of properties. They helped me find the perfect bachelor pad and had awesome move in deals. Only down fall is a few of the staff (not all) are not welcoming and tend to brush you off and tell you to look on the website. I fell each costumer should feel like a customer not a waste of you time. But the others make up for them by leaps and bounds. I personally feel that this is a fine company and I will recommend them to my friends and anyone who will listen. ALSO Jordan(Skycrest) is the Bees-Knees!!! super super dope and helpful!!
Tina is an amazing building manager! She got me in fast and even worked with me when I came to sign the lease! She's always there even off office hours! Very motivated and her nice! The maintenance crew are amazing aswell a few things were not up to par when I moved in and they had it fixed super fast while I was at work!
Great community and awesome people. They got me in as quick as they could and had no problems what so ever. Great move in deals and provide great customer service.
I just moved into Prairie Heights a couple of weeks ago and have been very pleased. The apartment manager, Elizabeth, is fantastic! She was so helpful in making my move in go as smoothly as possible and she has the best personality. The location is great and if you like to walk or jog, there are so many good places nearby. The apartment is pretty new and all of the appliances and fixtures in my unit still look brand new. The only criticisms I have is that the floors are a bit thin and you can hear people walking on the tile portion of the floor above. Also, I chose this apartment because it said no pets allowed. I like pets but I just didn't want to be in a situation where a neighbor's dog barked all of the time. But, there does seem to be several dogs on property. It really has not been a problem so far as I have only heard a few barks. But I would caution you to watch where you step when walking on the grass outside. Overall though, I'm very pleased with my choice in apartments and would definitely recommend it.
