Talked to Bob Timm today about owning our forever home. He was the most professional, honest, and helpful realtor we've met with!!!!! Had an answer for any and all of our questions!
This guy is a complete jerk and very lazy. It took him 27 days to get an appraisal done. I suppose since he is an active realtor in the Minot area and we used someone else he feels he can take his time. Although you have no choice of who is assigned as your appraiser, you definetly have a choice of who your realtor is. If he is as lazy at appraising as he is at buying/selling property then you need to avoid this clown at all costs.
I wouldn't buy a house from these people if they were the last realtors on the planet. Very unprofessional, out-of-date people.......
