This store is a great food chain have two restaurant in one store in minot a&w and kfc love it...
Don't know what happened. This place is always great! But tonight I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Food was cold, drinks tasted like carbonated water with sweetener, didn't give us cookies with our meals, no silverware, no napkins. Cooks in the back were also wandering around the front a lot. Not impressed.
Idiot drivethru lady with red hair got multiple aspects of order wrong. Gave smug attitude when pointed out. Burger was significantly undercooked as well. Is this how they treat valued customers?
Lady in the drive-thru with red hair was very rude. I politely told her she had gotten my order wrong with a small drink. She curtly pointed out that I said small and did not attempt to correct the issue. This place is normally great but I will be taking my business elsewhere for awhile.
Always amazing. No matter where you go.
