Our first time visiting/dining at Bones. Comfy atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. The two meat with two sides combo we each ordered came out quickly to our table. All the food was tasty. Between us we had pulled pork, brisket, sausage meats. Quite satisfied, and we will be going back.
Nice atmosphere. Attentive and friendly staff. Food was very good. Only recommendations are add more fries as the side and add a drink to your combos. Don't make that separate. Otherwise very good!

Hi Jerome this is Ted, I've known you guys, Clarence jr., you and your father from years back, I wish you the best with the smoke house barbecue. When I get back I will stop in for a nice dinner.
It was ‘ALRIGHT’ it has potential! You get no bang for your buck. You spend 10 bucks and get what looks and feels like either a kids portion or a sample size. I believe at a BBQ joint you should leave pleasantly full and satisfied spiritually and physically. I also believe the meat should carry it’s self and the sauce carry it over the top...not here the meat taste like something I can grab real quick from walmart and heat up in the community microwave at work( I had the sausage and Ribs). The Mac & Cheese was just some noodles with some cheese nothing to write home to mom’ma about. But all in all the customer service made up for what they lacked in taste but this is a newer joint so maybe there working out the kinks and the Chef is finding his/her groove. Once he/she does BOY Minot better watch out!
Great BBQ, with great recipes. I really liked the pulled pork plate. Met the owner on the way out and we can expect more sauces coming our way. Service was great and the staff was super nice. Highly recommend over other places in Minot.
