Basketball hoops need repair, tennis courts need big time repairs. The whole trailer park is a safety hazard. And The rents keep going up. Iť needs new owners!
Great place to live if you don't mind mobile homes. The staff are always looking out for you if there's any issues or maintenance needed. From what I've seen, most of the homes there are fairly new and in great shape. I enjoy living there and have many friendly people in the area
Really like living here, nice, clean park with friendly people and the management has been great to me! Maintenance guys are super nice and come right away when needed. The only thing I would change is the rent. It seems kind of high ($1200 for a 3 br) when compared to similar homes. But overall I've had a great experience living here!!
