Nastiest trailer park in town with one of the highest lot rents. Winter maintenance sucks. Be wary about living here, cops are there on a regular basis!

Extremely overpriced for the amount of work they put into clearing snow in the winter. The reason they keep giving for the rent hikes is water but I sure don't use 4 times the water as when I moved in, pay 4 times the rent.
