Heather was super nice and professional from start to finish - both listening to my needs but also providing feedback to me based on what she was feeling in my muscles. She offered a ton of great alternative care recommendations and suggestions for stretches and activities I could do myself. I appreciated that she's there to help with her craft but also wants to impart her experience on you so that you don't end up relying on her long-term.

Let me start off by saying I can't imagine a better place in Minot to go for a massage. I've been getting massages for the past 5 weeks while travelling and none of them have held a candle to Inner Reflection.
