This gym is the best gym in Minot! I got in the best shape of my life just by going to their morning workout classes that are included with your membership! I had tried other gyms in Minot and all were disgusting & run down looking. SOS goes above and beyond to keep the gym clean & organized. I sometimes work out at odd hours and their brightly lit parking lot makes me feel completely safe going in & out the gym. The staff is always upbeat, positive and welcoming to everyone. They are always happy to see you and let you know that. They appreciate their customers and it shows. Their salon is just as fantastic! I have seen 3-4 different stylists and they each have me a cut & color I loved!
Evelyn is a fabulous hair stylist, colorist and is magic when it comes to extensions and fun colors! The atmosphere is young and fun!

Best experience and staff is GREAT. Machines are polished and clean and people are friendly. People of every weight, shape, and all feel accepted. Love my trainer Heather. Music is such a personal taste. I however enjoy it.
Beware of Shelby, she does poor work and will steal payments and claim she never received the payment.
