Customer service here is top notch! It’s been one year since we purchased our hot tub and we still love it and use it all the time! I bring water samples in from our hot tub and they test it just to make sure it’s at the correct levels, balanced with chemicals. They’re so helpful if you have any questions or just want to look, check these guys out!
Purchased our first hot tub from Matt at Hot Springs spas in August and upgraded a bit over a month later all at a great price. The store was great with delivery and set up. Service tech went above and beyond with installing upgrades and accessories in the dark on a wet cold night well after hours. The free water testing has been great. Employees are always friendly and willing to share knowledge and advice. Great product which we have used almost every night.

Went to the Minot store for spa supplies,and happened to try a finnelo sauna,and loved it!. The salesman Dan was a GREAT salesman,with customer service,and knowledge of the products he sells.Also his service people were top rate also!I would definitely be back for any service,or any items I may want in the future
