You automatically get treated like a thief when you walk in. Unfortunely, we made a purchase & he was all smiles after that. Won't be going there again.
My husband and I wondered in there, just to look around. Very cramped, the owner is extremely rude and doesn't seem to know anything about customer service. I'm surprised he's still in business. He brought us down to the basement where the comic book collection is & I didn't want to go down because it seemed sketchy. I was told "that's not how this works" and "we all have to stay together".
Low ball on prices. Tom is friendly, however he will take your silver and low ball price.Very cluttered.Nice dog.
Literally it was like living out an episode of hoarders. Paths through stuff to get to stuff. This business has to be grandfathered in because it must break every safety and especially every fire code ever. That place is a hazard. Didn't feel safe enough to shop there so maybe the pricing is good?
