Great service and amazing product, both sewing and vacuum. It's nice to talk to knowledgeable people. I love my Riccar vacuum.
POOR customer service. I dropped my machine off for cleaning they told me one to three days, up to a week and a half if we have to send it to bismark. They had it over a MONTH. They did not call me with an explaination, I called them 3 times to find out what was going on. There was not a satisfactory explaination for the delay, just we sent it to bismarck.
