I have been using this vet clinic for 17+ years. I have run across a few of the vets I don't care for but I love love love Dr Thunshell. He has been so amazing with all my animals, and has helped me through saying goodbye to a few also. The front office staff are always friendly and helpful.
Absolutely wonderful!! My dog had to have emergency surgery to remove some unknown foreign object out of his tummy and they did an amazing job! He healed so quickly and had no complications after his surgery. Can’t say enough good things about Pinkerton!
Note: Don't be scared away by the front desk staff, the more recent additions are not always the friendliest, not that way in the past so needs some work guys!!
Best vet clinic in the area. Our vet here is highly recommended. My cat loves her calm demeanor and gently nature. Also, she goes over everything with you to make sure you can provide the best care for your pet.
Dr. Pinkerton and his staff were more than accommodating when my cat had to be seen (twice) on Christmas Day. No only was he willing to meet me there as soon as possible, he also offered to pick myself and my cat up when my car wouldn’t start. He was also very informative when explaining to me what was wrong and how to monitor for any future recurances and steps to take for preventative measures. Although my cat is still there recovering, I’m so happy and thankful for all they have done for him so far.
Pinkerton has been our vet clinic for more than 20 years and the quality of care and compassion for our fur babies is the reason. We have 2 large dogs and 3 cats...all rescues, however, they are our fur family so their care is as important as our own! Pinkerton knows this and provides this kind of personal service, more than once they have cried with us as we had to put a fur baby to sleep or met us in the middle of the night or on a weekend for an emergency....for that, we are grateful!! The medical staff is tremendous and their personal interest and care is the most important part of this equation. Thank you!!
