I have dealt with this clinic since they moved there and can’t be more thankful for the Doctors and staff. We have had emergency situations and they have treated our dogs well.
These guys do not care about your animals. I know from experience because they let a dog die without one hesitation. We told them we needed amediate attention for an injured dog that could possibly die soon and they checked for the doctor, but said he/she was to busy... What are you busy with! What's more important, giving. a dog a shot that you could do later or saving a dog's life that was badly injured? I guess they thought it was the shot and today.. the dog that was so badly injured died.. they could've saved him/her, but they didn't care.. we were all torn from the death of the dog and I recommend you don't go to this place for this type of thing.. because they won't care if it dies. I don't trust West oak anymore and neither should you.

I can't say enough great things about this clinic! The staff were great and the vet exceeded our expectations to assist our boxer who was having a difficult time. Georgia, (our boxer), was like one of our kids and acted like one until she started suffering from seizures at 9 years old. I walked her down the aisle on my wedding day and she was an amazing dog. A very difficult decision to make but quality of life exceeded quantity of life. The vet provided excellent advice and went out of her way to provide that "extra" going beyond the day-to-day customer service. My family is extremely grateful for a business like this who understands the delicate attachment that comes with raising/caring for a pet.
I have taken my dogs to Pinkerton and to West Oaks. I am very impressed at all the staff at West Oaks. From the ladies at the front to the wonderful little gal that must be the vet tech. I have had both vets and they are both amazing and kind and helpful! Pinkerton had great vet techs and did an amazing job with our dogs neutering; however, the ladies at the front desk were so rude and complained about everything while I sat there. I didn't want to go back. West Oaks versus Pinkerton on cost and pricing is much cheaper! I would recommend West Oaks to all those who want great prices with great service!
I adore everyone at this hospital!!! Everyone is so friendly and easy to talk to! Always willing to go above and beyond!!! Thank you everyone for helping me care for my orphan kitty!!! Especially MISSY
