I love the patience from Josh, from decision making to actucally getting my vehicle. The whole staff is pleasant. This is the definitely a reasonable/ best place for a first timer or simply just getting a vehicle. Enjoy the customer service and what I love is that there prices are is really up front. Josh, was my seller and like I said he was patience and I didn't felt rush, or force, I freely was able to make a firm decision on my own. Honestly, I could on and on, but to best sum it up. Awesome experience. Made it very easy to buy a car. Very helpful in getting the best deal. You go to some lots and the salesman are pushy, but not here. Friendly and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Life may have never given you lemons but Cartiva sure wont hesitate to! I paid 14 thousand dollars cash for a pickup was able to drive it for 3 days then it started to over heat I then drove it to my local Dodge dealership and they weren't able to get it in to their shop for 3 more days and I tried to make Cartiva aware of this but by the time I could my 5 day return policy was up and the dealership told me the engine block was warped and I needed a new engine I told Cartiva about this and they were very persistent that it was my responsibility to help them pay to fix the turd they sold me. Levi the manager then offered me a buyback of only 12 thousand after stiffing me with a repair bill at the local Dodge dealership and me having to pay for a title transfer I'm out almost 4 thousand dollars just to have this dodge for 4 days. I highly recommend anyone who is considering going to do business here go elsewhere don't make the mistake I did!
Jake and Justin were EXTREMELY helpful when it came to us buying a new vehicle. We had gotten there at 3 and due to the amount of people they were helping, it took us till after close to finish the paperwork on our vehicle. These guys were AMAZING!!!! Justin the manager stayed 3 hours past close to wait on our credit application and to help us get what we needed!!! I would definitely recommend these guys to help you find what you need in a vehicle!!!
