This was the second Tundra I have purchased here and this was very nice experience again. Working with Phil was very good (albeit his ugly holiday sweater!). I live over 100 miles away and he was very patient with me in texts and emails until I was able to get to Minot for further review of the two Tundra trucks I was deciding on. Lindsey was Amazing. She answered every single question that I had and was very truthful. Everyone was very informative and friendly. I did not feel pressured at all into buying a vehicle there. Also, the staff was very accommodating to my baby and toddler that was there with me. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership.
I had a very good experience there. The weather was cold and everybody still accommodated trying to get a vehicle started for me to try and test drive. John was very patient and waiting for me to make a decision and let me think about it at my own pace. John and all the sales staff were very good to work with.

They even gave my kids balloons and crayons with coloring pages to keep them happy. Very satisfied! Will be returning.

They also work wonders with military members so if you're a new or seasoned airman don't feel intimidated you will not be screwed over or taken advantage of. 5 Stars!
