I will find out more with the better business bureau about how they treat people there and keep this review posted.
i think the assitance manager at this shop should be fired are replaced he is losing business for the place and has no customer service skills at all. The guy wont even answer a phone call when a person wants to know the price of a item there. Its a business he needs to act like it. If i was everyone stay away from this place until he leaves and go to grand forks, bismarck, are fargo.
I'm glad I finally checked them out! Big selection and variety...also loved the lady working there. She was very friendly and did a great job answering my questions. Way better than the other guys in town. Will definitely shop there again.
I think the guy they call Connor should be reprimanded for going off on me when I asked to have a faulty piece replace which I bought the day before. When I ask to speak to the manager he told me he didn't have her number and he would be fired instantly if he called her then he asked me very rudely to leave the store because he states he has the right to refuse any customer. What a way to run your business.
I love the store items and the workers they are friendly as well as helpful in many ways
