Friendly Staff, got repairs done in a timely matter
Lived at the Roosevelt Heights property for 7 months. Walls extremely thin, neighbors extremely loud. Exterior lights burnt out the entirety of my stay (requested they be fixed and they never did). The company does not allow for tenants to walk through at the end of the lease. Obviously the deposit comes back short and the company makes many absurd claims about different things being dirty and requiring replacement. Not many good options in Minot, but definitely a company to avoid.
They have no clue what they are doing got a storage unit from them for 30 days and was told it would be 35 dollars plus the deposit when I gave back my keys they then told me it would be more and that she wouldn't do anything to refund me the money. Even though I have a receipt saying I paid for the 30 days in full for 35 dollars and that's what they told me it would cost. She said she wouldn't refund me even though it was her employees mistake and she even admitted it was her employees mistake
