Trash. Cant even put together a sandwich properly. No napkins and a sandwich with all the ketchup and other trash sauce on the outside of it. The absolute most garbage service you could ever ask for. I imagine its the lunch lady from every comedy show ever back there just stomping sandwiches together.
Great location, the owner of this store is very respectful to customers and puts her customers needs first, most restaurants don't do that anymore so any restaurant that does that automatically gets my attention. I did have an issue one day when I ordered the cashier and myself had a misunderstanding on what I was ordering, upon hearing this the manager took care of it and went well above and beyond to remedy the situation. A++
I've always bad trouble with the night staff getting orders correct and just being plain rude, however the daytime staff are usually always friendly and good about getting you the right order made so fresh it burns my mouth and if they do mess up your drink or even if it doesn't taste right they'll get you a new/different one. I'll raise it to 5* if they bring the $5 big bag meal back
Unfortunate experience, cold food, wrong order multiple times and rude drive through. I understand that we all have bad days, but after multiple mistakes, poor quality control and attitude it was a less than satisfactory experiance. I was given no receipt so I can not address the specific woman who I encounterd in the drive through window on Wed.Dec13th Morning around 9 am but she was quite unpleasant. As someone who has worked in the food industry as part of the management team for many years now, I was disappointed.
Great food, day and night! Drinks are usually great, and the workers are nothing short of polite and patient! The curly fries taste great in that "I don't feel like garbage when I eat this" way.
