Adam DesRoches was a real pleasure to work with at Jim Ryan Chevrolet. I was interested in purchasing a used Chevy 2500HD pickup that they had listed online. Because I live so far away from the dealership, Adam went beyond the call of duty providing tremendous detail and emailing me lots of photos and even a short video of truck running. He also made the long distance purchase very simple with all of paperwork being sent to me very quickly. After I purchased truck and I arranged for delivery through third party transport company, I was not disappointed when truck was delivered.
We came into minot on a trip, with a vehicle that was barely running .. called multiple places in town and Ryan Chevy was the only place open.. they took us right in and made us feel confident that they would get our vehicle going soon so we could get back home.. the service was awesome and fast.. and they made sure to keep us posted on everything they where doing . They define try earned our service and will return to them if we are ever in the area again.
First and only place I'd go for sales, service, and customer satisfaction. Everyone over there is really easy to get along with and if you have a legitimate issue, they'll take care of you from the service bay to the sales floor and everything in between.
We really enjoyed working with Josh to buy our new Equinox! He was honest, professional, and went the extra mile for us!
Don't bring you vehicle here for any service work unless it's an emergency and no where else is open. Tried to charge me $1100 for front axle seals that I'm getting done for $400 and wanted to charge me $520 to replace front rotors and pads when the pads still had half their life left and the rotors were just fine. They also wanted to drain and refill all my fluids for no reason. They wanted to charge me around $4200 when everything that needed to be done was less than $1200. Please check around at other shops that are certified you'll save lots of $$.
