I went into the 701 shop to ask a question so I could get back to Toyota while they had it in shop. I was told I couldn't ask any questions without a service ticket. The guy at the desk didn't even understand how an alternator worked. I told him if I had no customer support I would not be considering the starter I need to put in my F150. He told me "thats your perogative" in a very rude, unprofessional tone.
I've been here twice in the last year and both times I've received way more service than I paid for. These guys are very professional and very detail oriented. I definitely recommend these guys. My car stereo sounds fantastic
I had a remote starter installed when I bought my Toyota Highlander. I have had it into Toyota for a battery drain problem. They wanted to check it out with the remote disconnected.
