I placed an online order for a new phone battery to be picked up in the store. Within an hour I had an email saying it was ready to be picked up! The gentleman helped me swap out my old battery and tried to offer some help when the new battery didn't quite solve my phone problems. Also making sure I didn't want to just return right away. (I chose to keep it knowing that I would likely just get a replacement refurbished phone from my carrier, and the new battery would still be beneficial with that!)
