Called for roadside service. Mechanic? They sent didn't have a clue. After 4 hours we finally got it to the shop. Where my truck staid for 5 days to replace the air compressor. After finally leaving I was a gallon low on collant and had 2 air leaks.
They take no responsibility for their mistake when ordering parts thinking it's one thing and it's not when they had the part the whole time then tried to pawn it off as if it was the manufacturers fault. Man up! Admit you made a mistake get over it! I could have been on the road yesterday and now I am going to miss Easter with the family and possibly give up a load, are you going to make up the $2400 I lose? Then one of their employees backed into my truck and started to make it to be my fault? What the guy doesn't know how to use mirrors? At least there admitting that one, but are they going to cough up the 10k I will lose to put this truck in the shop to get the body work done? What next?
If your just traveling thru stay away or be prepared to get screwed.
A very honest workplace, they are the only ones in Minot that truly strive for your business and don't commit highway robbery on everyone who comes through there doors. I have had my vehicle in with them on many occasions and I have had little to no problems with any of there repairs. I would highly recommend them to any friends or family. Get the work done right and don't pay an arm and leg, take it to DTF :)
I'll still be able to get to my destination before my elog runs out.
Today the air wasn't building on my rig. The mechanic who came out was professional, informative and quick. He found the problem, repaired it and got me back on the road.
