Today I call and was going to have the tires balanced and I was told that it was 20.00 per tire. And I told the person I was told 10.00 per tire a week ago. And the person today told me I WILL NOT DO IT FOR 10.00 PER TIRE. So I said ok and called NORTHWEST TIRE IN MINOT GOT IT DONE FOR 10.00 A TIRE AND GUESS WHO WILL BE DOING MY TIRES AND WHO I WILL RECOMMEND NEXT TIME IT WONT BE FIRESTONE.
I needed new tires pronto before my trip. They got me in right away and for about $200 cheaper than anywhere else in town. Friendly staff and quality service! Thank you!
I have been a customer for years In the last six months I have bought tires from the Minot store. But I learned today that if ask for a quote make sure and don't do it over the phone go get it in writing. All I wanted was to get four tires balanced and a week ago I call and was quoted 10 dollars per tire.
I go to Firestone for all my maintenance that doesnt require my dealer's attention. Thsyre very helpful and make sure you're aware of anything that could become a problem without trying to push you to spend more money on parts or labor. Brian helped me save hundreds on labor on my second visit to replace my rotors. I would definitely suggest asking for him at the desk!
