CAUTION!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES. GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR REPAIRS $300 ON A SEMI-TRUCK THEN CHARGED $1180 ON MY CREDIT CARD . AFTER LESS THAN 24 HOURS, TRUCK BROKE DOWN AGAIN WITH THE SAME PROBLEM THEY FIXED AND WILL NOT HELP. DISHONEST BUSINESS, DO NOT TRUST THEM.
We were driving across North Dakota and had some oil issues with our Sprinter van. Imperial folks helped us out right away and got us safely back on the road within 1/2 hour. They were not only helpful but courteous and professional.
It took them 1.5 hours ( X $125) to change a break chamber ! I'm not surprised that they have No work.
