These guys are the best. They assisted me with little time left in the business day and it was greatly appreciated. I will bring my truck in for it's maintenance every time.
The extreme cold was causing our tires to go quite low. I went into the gas station right next door to use the air machine but they said it was frozen. I went next door to Harley's and they got me in within 5 minutes and didn't charge me for filling up all my tires. So nice. Thank you!
Requested a quote online regarding tires. I received an email back stating "we respond to quotes during normal business hours usually within 24 hours". That was five days ago. I've worked with Harley's in the past and had pretty good service so it surprises me that they haven't responded in a timely manner.
Great Customer Service
We are from out of state and our son goes to college in Minot. When he started having car problems, we didn't know where to go and were a bit worried about getting taken advantage of. Harley's was awesome. The customer service was great. They got him in fast, gave us a quote after looking it over and before making repairs, gave us options and even arranged for him to be picked up to get the car back. Prices were reasonable and customer service top-notch. It's nice to know where to go when you are 10 hours away from home. Thank you.
I have been going to Harley's for 23 years for service and never once had a bad experience or poor customer service. They are a very honest, reliable, customer orientated facility!
