I've called & left messages with them several times about the corruption at their Denver warehouse. Trying to be reimbursed on parts I didn't receive. Or they'll send double orders.. So if I order 5 windshields they'll send up 10. 2 of each windshield.
Charge me for it.. Then I have to wait on credits! If I ever get them applied to any future purchases. They usually won't apply credits unless I hound them to. I've had several hundred dollars in credits before & theyll charge me for the future order too.. They just take more & more money from me.. Most of the time when I have them pick up returns they never leave a receipt! My last order I paid with cc over internet, the driver didn't leave glass because there wasn't a check there.. Victor told me, his driver was not trained to read the receipt & see that it had been paid for.. So he took the windshield back to the warehouse.
Emerson and his employees were wonderful to work with. They replaced my rear view window and did an excellent job. Would recommend highly.
