It'sthe best parts store I've ever had to go to Becuse customer service is always around no matter how buizy they are .They try thier hardest to attend other peoples services while doing thier job and that's good customer service is at orieleys thank you. And this goes out to the store in Minot North Dakota .And people I know who work are nice people.
Terrible auto part store i had called to get a quote on a part i needed had hto repeat myself 3 times for the girl to finally get it right wow the girl told me they didnt have it in but she could order one it would be in on tuesday go to pickup on tuesday to find out she ordered the wrong item and they couldnt get what i needed no callback to let me know anything poor service will not go back
Best auto parts store in Minot! Great hours of operation, great service, almost always have what I need in stock and if they don't the can get it within 2-2 business days.
The same as every other O'Reilly's however they did sell me the wrong part but was definitely willing and able to switch it out on my return visit
good prices. friendly staff. you don't get followed around like you are shoplifting.
