The customer service from the service department and the front desk was excellent. Every worker that greeted me, did so with a smile on their face and seemed to genuinely care about any concerns I had. Joel was a real pleasure to work with. He had answers to any questions I had and was more than willing to go that extra step to make sure I was taken care of.
Spoke with the parts employee about a jacket and he was very rude and did not want to answer any questions I had regarding boots. Horrible customer service
The service itself was done in a timely fashion (same day) and at a fair price. It's nice to have a local service department that you trust with your bike. Again, I highly recommend them.

I recently took my motorcycle in to get tuned up for the riding season. It was my first time going to this place and I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
Had a bad fork seal that needed changing before our vacation. Called them up, was told to bring it in the morning, was asked if I was going to wait for it. Hadnt expected it to be done for a few days let alone same day.
Bought two ATVs here, very happy would highly recommend !
